When you install and use the App, we may collect the following types of information:

A. Store / merchant information (from Shopify)

  • Store name, store domain (myshopify.com), store ID

B. Data you create or upload in the App

  • App settings and configuration
  • Logs and diagnostics related to the App’s features

D. Usage and technical data

  • Timestamps
  • App feature usage (events like “content generated”, “job started/finished”)
  • Error logs and performance data

How we use the information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the App features
  • Authenticate you and connect the App to your Shopify store
  • Provide support and respond to requests
  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and secure the App
  • Improve the App (bug fixes, analytics, product improvements)

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases include:

  • Contract (to deliver the App you requested)
  • Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement)

We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes (support, security, compliance).

  • Account/store records: while installed
  • Logs/diagnostics: 30–60 days
  • Backups: up to 30 days

When the App is uninstalled, we delete data within 20 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.

  • Monitoring and logging for security events

No method of transmission/storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

Shopify privacy/compliance requests

  • We don't use cookies or analytics tools on our website.

Children’s privacy

The App isn’t intended for children and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from children.
